Dr. Simone Kravos is a dentist from Trieste. He graduated from technical high school “G. Galilei” in 1994, and in that same year passed the admissions test for a degree in Dentistry and Dental Prostheses. In November 1999, he graduated university with a score of 110/110 cum laude. Kravos immediately began his career in Friuli, moving between different practices in the provinces of Gorizia, Udine and Pordenone; in this way, he was able to experience a range of working environments and various methods and techniques. Throughout this time, he attended a number of postgraduate courses to deepen his understanding of the trade and refresh the knowledge acquired throughout his degree across many branches of dentistry (conservative, endodontics, prosthetics, periodontics, implantology). Many of these courses were taught by some of Italy’s most highly accredited dental professionals, such as Dr. L. Viani, Professor L. Trombelli, Dr. P. Cortellini, Professor G. Zucchelli, Professor T. Vercellotti, and Dr. P. Mreschi. Kravos quickly realized that periodontics and implantology were the branches of dentistry which interested him the most; his work experience and studies, over time, began to specialize in these areas. In 2007, Kravos widened his knowledge of gnathology and jaw structure in Bologna under Professor Toti. In 2008, he signed up to the “Perfecting Periodontics” course at the University of Trieste. In 2009, the practice began to change, as Dr. Corrado was replaced with Dr. Francesco Guadagno. He is a member of the SIdP: the Italian Periodontal Society.
